Tension Rises As Armed Robbers Kill 5-year-old Girl And Police Officer During Bank Robbery Attack In Ekiti

A police officer and a 5-year-old pupil have been reportedly killed today in a robbery attack at a United Bank of Africa UBA in Ekiti State.

The ugly incident which according to an eyewitness occurred around 4pm at the UBA Branch along Ilupeju Road, Oye- Ekiti, in Ekiti State claimed the life of the innocent girl who was said to be hit by stray bullet while retuning from school and the policeman who was believed to be around the area at the time the robbery began.
 
Information gathered also revealed that the daredevil armed robbers also burnt a police van while escaping with their loot.
