Wonderes shall never seized in Nigeria's political arena as an Enugu State council boss and transition committee chairman,  Hon. Mrs Chinwe Ugwu stunned her people after she rolled out wheelbarrows to empower the youths of her community.

The politician has shocked the entire people of his community and Nigeria as a whole by what can be described as 'laughable and embarrassing empowerment'. 

AFAM News learnt that Chinwe is among the chairmen appointed recently ahead the local government election coming this year February, before she was nominated to context in the local government election under People's Democratic Party
